A one-time treatment for the correction of tight cellulite structures and loose skin. The tight skin underneath the chin, also known as banding, can be corrected with this procedure as well. This is a minimally-invasive procedure that uses a small, sterile probe that gently heats the tissue under local numbing or anesthesia. An infrared light shows the temperature of the tissue to ensure optimal, safe results. A gentle wrap is applied and should be worn for four days. Results are fast and can be seen up to 2 weeks after the procedure and continue to improve for 18 months. Often this is performed in junction with liposuction to tighten skin after the body is contoured.
