Volume loss occurs usually on the lower half of the face through reduction of fat pads and moisture which can cause sunken cheeks, thin lips, marionette lines and deep nasal labial folds. All dermal fillers used by Physicians Aesthetics are FDA approved to fill and correct these problems in a quick minimally invasive treatment. Most Fillers are made with hyaluronic acid which is a substance found naturally in the body and lasts for anywhere between 6 months and 2 years depending on the product. Like any cosmetic treatment, the provider is the most important part. We only have Physician injectors, which eliminates the chance of inexperienced hands causing damage and waste of product. Types of Dermal Fillers
We offer Juvederm ® which is a concentrated hyaluronic acid product that can last up to 2 years depending on the type. Belotero® uses Vi-cross technology to create smooth even lines in thin, delicate areas. Restylane® is similar to Juvederm in that they both use hyaluronic acid as their main ingredient. Sculptura® is made with Poly-L Lactic Acid which internally promotes collagen and elastin production while creating an inner structure for increased facial volume. Radiesse® uses Calcium Hydroxylapatite which increases volume with a similar characteristic to bone.
